Next day in the UK if you order before 2pm, and 30 days to change your mind.

Every parcel is tracked and needs a signature. Outside the UK, duties and taxes are shown and paid at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on the doorstep.
Pre-orders
Some pieces can be ordered before they leave the workroom. The page gives the date; you pay when you order, and we post it the day it is finished. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, with its labels attached, for a full refund to your original payment.
- Start your return. Use the link in your dispatch email, or sign in to your account.
- Post it or bring it in. Returns are free with the prepaid label from any Post Office, or at any of our shops.
- We refund you. Within three working days of the parcel reaching us.
Exchanges
We do not hold stock against a return. To be sure of the size you want, place a new order and send the first one back.
Faulty items
If something is not right, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it, whichever you prefer, and pay the postage.
