Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day arrive the next day in the UK. Delivery is free over £150 and £4.95 otherwise.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to most of Europe and North America. Duties are shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
How do I return something?
Returns are free for 30 days, by post or in any of our shops. Pieces should be unworn with their labels attached.
Sizing and care
How do your sizes run?
True to size unless a product page says otherwise. Each product has a size guide beside the size options.
Will you repair my knitwear?
Yes, for as long as you own it and at no charge. Send it to the studio with a note.
