We have repaired knitwear free of charge since our first season. Last year 412 pieces came back: 238 with worn elbows, 97 with moth holes, the rest with snags, pulls and one memorable encounter with a bicycle chain.
Every repair is recorded. When the same seam fails twice, we change the pattern. The Maren crewneck now has a reinforced elbow because of forty jumpers that came home.
How to send something back
Wash it, post it to the studio with your order number, and allow three weeks.
